Haryana RTE Admissions 2026-27: Online Applications Open
The Directorate of Elementary Education, Haryana, has invited online applications for admission under the Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education (RTE) Act, 2009. Eligible children can apply for admission in private unaided schools against the reserved RTE quota seats.

Age Eligibility Criteria (As on 31 March 2026)

Application Process
1. Online Registration
Register on the official RTE/Ujjwal Admission Portal using valid details.
2. Document Upload
Upload scanned copies of:
- Private Parivar Pehchan Patra (PPP)
- Child’s Aadhaar Card
3. School Selection
Select preferred schools located within a 0–1 KM radius of your residence.
4. Submission
Review all information carefully and submit the application before the last date.
Document Verification
Registered candidates must report to the concerned Block Level Committee with original documents on the specified date for verification.
The applicant must:
- Be a resident of Haryana with valid residence proof.
- Submit the most recently verified Family ID (PPP).
- Complete document verification successfully.
Any forged, fake, or incorrect information may lead to rejection of admission and legal action against the applicant/guardian.
School Allotment
- School allotment will be conducted through a computerized lottery system.
- The allotment list will be displayed by the concerned committee.
- Selected candidates must report to the allotted school within 5 days, otherwise the allotment may be cancelled.
Grounds for Rejection
Applications may be rejected due to:
- Non-submission of valid residence proof.
- Non-submission of valid PPP.
- Non-submission of valid EWS/DG certificate.
- Annual family income exceeding ₹1,80,000 (for EWS category).
- Residence not falling within the prescribed 0–1 KM neighborhood criteria.
- Failure to report for document verification/admission.
- Any other valid reason specified by the authorities.
Grievance Redressal
For transparency and grievance handling, the following committees have been constituted:
- Block Level Monitoring Committee
- Concerned Block-Level Officer
- Free Appropriate Public Education (FAPE) Committee
- District Authorities
- Joint Director (Administration)
Vacant Seats
In case seats remain vacant after the admission process, the department may announce a subsequent admission schedule.
