About the Role
We are actively hiring a Recovery Tele Caller to join our team in Chandigarh. In this role, you will be responsible for contacting overdue account holders via phone, negotiating payment terms, and securing a definite Promise to Pay (PTP). This position requires a careful balance of persuasive communication, strict adherence to banking compliance, and a strong understanding of calling governance frameworks.
Eligibility
- Qualification Required: 10+2 or Graduate Degree
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and make daily outbound calls to an assigned portfolio of delinquent or overdue accounts.
- Negotiate with customers to resolve overdue balances and establish clear, traceable Promise to Pay (PTP) commitments.
- Maintain accurate, real-time records of call outcomes, customer responses, and payment promises within the tracking system.
- Follow all calling hours, code of conduct, and data security guidelines. Ensure strict zero tolerance for unauthorized data sharing or unprofessional language.
- Identify non-responsive or high-risk cases and seamlessly coordinate with Field Officers (FOS) for physical visits.

- Ability to remain calm, professional, and highly resilient during challenging conversations.
- Basic computer literacy for database navigation and updating call records efficiently.
